Sophia is a Tantra-certified professional relationship and intimacy coach, massage therapist, and registered art therapist.

A creative innovator and sexual healer, she is dedicated to working with individuals, couples, and groups to raise collective consciousness.

Sophia began her career as a professional artist in Montreal. Desiring deeper work with people, she moved to BC and became an art therapist, which allowed her to see the effects of life-transforming healing using creative modalities. This began her passion and dedication to being a channel and conduit for people to have healing and life fulfillment.

Sophia discovered early that the written stories of who and how to be in a female body did not apply to her. She studied and participated in spirituality, gender, and sexual orientation exploration and came to a clear understanding of what best aligned with her highest desires.

The movement of tantra swept into Sophia’s house in 2004, in the form of week-long intensives led by Maryse Cote. Tantra combined spirituality and sexual energy so it was a natural fit. In the following intensive, she assisted the massage aspect, learning that she possessed a natural intuitive skill, and led art therapy workshops within that container to explore body image and sexual dynamics. The feedback from this was remarkable. Sophia has continued to work with people in the realm of the Tantric Arts and Intimacy Coaching and dedicates herself to helping create lives of authenticity, flourishing, and fulfilling relationships with incredible juicy, dynamic sex and endless joy, adventure, and freedom.

  • Designed, created, and produced multiple workshops for women, couples, and the LGTBQ+ community in areas of self-awareness, spirituality, tantra, desire, sexual expression, confidence, and intimacy

    Co-facilitated Tantra intensives and classes around Vancouver and the Sea to Sky Region, and facilitated Sacred Intimacy & Partnership workshops and women’s groups.
